WinX PMS — hotel property management system
WinX PMS is the property management module of the WinX hospitality platform built by EHORS. It runs reservations, front desk check-in and check-out, housekeeping, rate and yield management, group blocks, and night audit for hotels, resorts and serviced residences. Unlike a standalone PMS, WinX PMS shares one database with WinX POS and WinX accounting: a restaurant charge, a spa appointment and a room rate all land on the same guest folio and the same general ledger without an interface between systems. WinX is browser-based, deployable in the cloud or on-premise, and is live at 70+ properties across Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia and Korea. Licensing is per property and per module, quoted after scoping room count, outlets and group structure.
What WinX PMS does
- Reservations — individual, group and corporate bookings, blocks, allotment-free real-time availability, and one reservation spanning multiple stays.
- Front desk — check-in and check-out, room moves, walk-ins, deposits, and folio splitting across payers.
- Housekeeping — room status, attendant assignment, inspection, and out-of-order tracking synced to the front desk in real time.
- Rates & yield — seasonal rates, packages, contracted corporate rates, and derived rate plans.
- Night audit — automated roll-over, daily revenue posting, and management reports at close.
- Guest profiles — history, preferences, loyalty and marketing consent, shared across every property on the installation.

Frequently asked
Does WinX PMS need a separate POS integration?
No. WinX POS is a module of the same platform, not a third-party product. Outlet charges post to the guest folio in the same database, so there is no interface to build, license or reconcile.
Can WinX PMS run multiple properties on one installation?
Yes. Multiple properties run on a single installation with a shared chart of accounts, shared guest profiles and consolidated group reporting. The Signature Suites runs two Malaysian properties this way.
Is WinX PMS cloud or on-premise?
Both. WinX is browser-based; EHORS can host it in the cloud or deploy it on-premise depending on local connectivity and data-residency requirements.
Does WinX PMS support MyInvois e-invoicing in Malaysia?
