WinX POS — hotel, restaurant and theme park point of sale

WinX POS is the point-of-sale module of the WinX hospitality platform built by EHORS. It runs restaurants, bars, retail shops, spas, self-service kiosks and attraction ticketing on the same database as WinX PMS and WinX accounting. A charge taken at a poolside bar, a spa treatment room or an in-park merchandise counter posts to the guest folio and the general ledger at the moment it is taken — there is no POS-to-PMS interface to license, maintain or reconcile, because there is no boundary to cross. WinX POS supports multi-currency and multi-language operation and is live in Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia and South Korea. Licensing is per property, outlet and terminal, quoted after scoping.

Frequently asked

Can WinX POS charge to a hotel room?

Yes, and not over an interface. POS and PMS are modules of one system sharing one database, so a charge taken at a restaurant, spa or in-park shop appears on the guest folio immediately.

Does WinX POS handle theme park and attraction ticketing?

Yes — multi-tier and timed ticketing, premium experience bookings, kiosks, and in-park F&B and retail. Manila Ocean Park, Cebu Ocean Park and Geoje Sea World run attraction ticketing on WinX.

How many outlets can WinX POS run?

Manila Ocean Park and Hotel H2O run around 40 outlets on a single installation, alongside 179 rooms and 10+ ticketed attraction venues.
