Privacy notice
How ehors-tech.com handles the personal data of visitors and demo-request enquirers, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by the EHORS group of companies (together "EHORS", "we", "us"):
- E-HORS Technology Sdn Bhd — Malaysia
- EHORS Corp — Philippines
- EHORS Australia Pty Ltd — Australia
For anything about this notice or your personal data, write to [email protected]. The entity responsible for your data is the one you are dealing with, or, for website visitors in general, E-HORS Technology Sdn Bhd.
2. What we collect and why

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. The demo request form
The form on the homepage sends your entries by email to the EHORS sales team through our own form endpoint, and sends you an automatic acknowledgement. A simple arithmetic question and a hidden anti-spam field are used to block bots; no third-party CAPTCHA service is loaded. You can also contact us directly by email or WhatsApp using the links on the site; if you do, WhatsApp's own privacy terms (Meta Platforms) apply to that conversation.
4. Analytics, cookies and similar technologies
This site uses two measurement services. Both set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd) — aggregate page and event statistics, such as how many visitors requested a demo. IP addresses are not stored in reports by Google Analytics 4. Google's privacy policy · opt-out browser add-on.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — heatmaps and session replays that show how pages are used (clicks, scrolls, taps). Clarity applies its content-masking rules to what is recorded; we use recordings only to improve the site. Microsoft privacy statement.
We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking pixels. To refuse analytics cookies, block them in your browser settings or use a content blocker; the site works fully without them. Where your local law requires consent for analytics cookies, please treat continued use of the site after reading this notice as your choice, and use the controls above to opt out at any time.
5. Who receives your data
- EHORS staff in Malaysia, the Philippines and Australia who handle sales, demos and support.
- Service providers that host and protect the site or deliver our email: our web host, Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN, DNS and security), Google (analytics) and Microsoft (analytics). They act on our instructions or under their own published terms as independent providers of the analytics services.
- Authorities where the law requires it.
Because our companies and providers operate in several countries, your data may be transferred outside the country you are in, including to Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia, the United States and the European Union. We rely on the providers' standard contractual protections for such transfers.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, or similar laws. In all cases you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete your enquiry data or stop contacting you;
- withdraw a consent you gave earlier.
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request". We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to your data-protection authority (for example the Jabatan Perlindungan Data Peribadi in Malaysia, the National Privacy Commission in the Philippines, or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner).
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, sits behind Cloudflare, and sends security headers to browsers. Enquiry emails travel over authenticated, DKIM-signed mail. Access to enquiry data inside EHORS is limited to the people who need it. Security researchers can find our disclosure contact in security.txt.
8. Children
This site is aimed at hospitality businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this notice
We will post any change on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be signposted on the homepage for a period after they take effect.
