WinX module
WinX ERP — hospitality accounting, finance and HR
WinX ERP is the finance and back-office module of the WinX hospitality platform built by EHORS. It covers the general ledger, accounts receivable and the city ledger, accounts payable and procurement, MyInvois e-invoicing for Malaysia, stock and recipe costing, fixed assets, payroll and HR. What separates it from a general accounting package is where the numbers come from: WinX PMS and WinX POS write to the same database, so room revenue, outlet sales and ticket sales post to the ledger as they are earned. There is no nightly export, no import mapping, and no reconciliation step standing between operations and the accounts — which is why a group P&L is available continuously rather than after month-end close.
What WinX ERP covers
- General ledger — group chart of accounts, multi-entity, multi-currency, consolidated reporting.
- Receivables — city ledger, corporate and travel-agent accounts, ageing and collections.
- Payables & procurement — purchase requests, orders, goods receipt, supplier invoices and payment runs.
- MyInvois — LHDN e-invoice submission built into the module that raises the invoice.
- Stock & costing — store issues, recipe costing, and outlet-level cost of sales.
- Payroll & HR — staff records, rostering, attendance and payroll processing.

Frequently asked
Does WinX ERP support Malaysian MyInvois e-invoicing?
Yes. LHDN submission is built into the finance module rather than added as bolt-on middleware, so the system that raises the invoice submits it. MyInvois-compliant hotel management system →
Can WinX ERP consolidate multiple properties and legal entities?
Yes — a group chart of accounts across multiple properties and legal entities, with multi-currency handling and consolidated reporting from one installation.
Do I still need a separate accounting package?
Most WinX customers do not. Groups that must keep an existing corporate finance system can export from WinX instead.
How quickly can WinX ERP produce a P&L?
Continuously — revenue posts as it is earned, so there is no wait for a close-and-reconcile cycle.
